Overview
At Elitiqua, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your parcel is delivered.
Return Eligibility
Items eligible for return:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in perfect original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with no used scent.
- All original attachments must be included: tags, box, dust bag.
Items NOT eligible for return:
- Used or worn items will not be accepted.
- Preloved / pre-owned items are not eligible for returns.
- Items returned beyond the 14-day window.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: support@elitiqua.com
Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
